What weigh in?

OK so after much persuasion and a little crying from my side I have been compelled to give my real weight only after a very compelling arguement saying that I have already broken the rule by giving my real age I may as well fully break it by giving my weight as well.

8 lbs 6oz
21.5 inches tall

that puts me in the 75% for both. I love being me.

Little baby girls...

I hope that the grown up or even toddler version of Jelise isn't like her unborn personality. She is wanting to come, then not wanting to. One thing that has changed fow the last couple days is that she has lined up her body and keeps giving mommy false start information. We will have to just wait and see.

2 week weigh in

Well today I am 16 days old and cuter than ever. I decided to give daddy a break today by sleeping nearly all day for his birthday. I also was VERY good at my doctor's appointment today. Jared and I got shots and I had the PKU test again. They pricked my heel and sucked so much blood out of my foot... I don't think I will be able to walk for about a year. Oh well, sacrifice now for better things in the future.

One thing of note - I am pleased to announce that I have two die-hard fans that have become my roadies! They go everywhere with me. I have even let them ride in MY car next to me. Benjamin & Jared are always giving me gifts, hugs, kisses and words of encouragemant when I feel sad. They are my best fans!

Happy, Healthy, and projectile.

Well, all of the day yesterday and last night last night we were kinda, well "up in the night" over Jelise. She has been doing so well then all of the sudden she started throwing up everything we were feeding her. Ok, so everything is milk or formula, but regardless she had us kinda scared. We went to giving her measurable amounts of food (pumped bottles and such) so we could get a better idea of what is going in and what is going out and I'm happy to say that today she has done much better. Still kinda having a hard time with the vomiting, but she is doing normal spitup type so we are happy. She is growing and looking so beautiful that I will honestly say I'm glad she didn't get any of my genes for looks because that would have really hurt her chances. :-)
